Our salon is situated in the North Harbour Business Centre on the corner of Paul Matthews Road and the Albany Highway, only 1km away from the SH1 on-ramp. We have FREE parking right outside the salon for your convenience.
Your skin will benefit from our internationally qualified therapists and our superior skincare range. We strive for client satisfaction and we do our best to book you in with your preferred therapist so you see the same person every time you have a treatment. If at times this is not the case, our treatments another therapist may give you are guaranteed to delight.
Sunbeds
We have a fast tanning stand up sun capsule. It is a 12 minute maximum sunbed that is the most hygienic way to tan using UV light. We book appointments on 15 minute intervals to allow you time to change before and after you tan. We have protective eye wear available for purchase or to use. Arriving for your appointment
Please arrive at the Salon a few minutes before your treatment for facial and body treatments or if you are a new client. This allows time to complete your consultation card without cutting in to your treatment time. We aim to run on time for all of our appointments, so we ask that you arrive on time to avoid having your treatment time reduced.
Opening Hours
We are open Tuesday to Saturday with 4 late nights so your appointment is scheduled at the time best suited for you, whether it's popping over in your lunch break, finishing your day up a little early or after you have fought the traffic from the city on your way home. For special occasions, (i.e. weddings etc) we can extend our hours for you, if arranged with plenty of notice.
Cancellation Policy
As we are in demand for our services, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment. So your appointment can be filled, we require 24 hours notice. In some cases, a $25 cancellation fee applies if there is insufficient notice.
